Release of Liability & Waiver
Please read carefully! Wilderness skiing and snowboarding involves risks, dangers and hazards in addition to those normally associated with downhill skiing and snowboarding at a ski area. These risks, dangers and hazards are outlined in our Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (the “Release of Liability”). All guests are required to read and agree to our current Release of Liability as a condition of participating in our program. This agreement will affect your legal rights to sue or bring a claim in the event of an accident.
Prior to confirming your reservation (if you are the booking guest), you will be required to review and agree to the terms of our current Release Agreement in order to complete the reservation. As a condition of participating in a booking, all non-booking guests will be required to review and agree to the terms of our current Release Agreement at the time of signing as part of their registration process for the trip.
