The Skeena Spey Riverside Wilderness & Lodge is home to our Private Heli-Ski Package. Situated on the banks of the Skeena River, which cuts through the mighty Skeena Mountains, the lodge provides quick access to our vast heli-ski terrain. Originally constructed as a base for fly fishers chasing world-class steelhead that the river is renowned for, the lodge has an authentic Northern ‘rustic chic’ ambiance. Take a seat at the Cedar Bar and swap stories with your ski buddies as you explore our selection of local craft beer, wine and spirits. Unwind in the games room with a game of pool or darts, or try the fly-tying bench.
The main lodge features a culinary team of elite chefs, a concierge, a massage therapist, high-speed wifi, bar staff and your own exclusive Koala helicopter. Each standalone guest cabin is equipped with a king bed with an ensuite.
Enjoy après around a wood fire with views of the Skeena Mountains, or relax in the lounge with a glass of fine bourbon. Designed for groups of up to 4-5 skiers, and a high staff-to-guest ratio, the Skeena Spey Riverside Wilderness & Lodge is the perfect base for exploring the mountains and deep powder of Northern BC.

Lodge Amenities
At Skeena Spey Private Lodge, every detail is set up to keep your days simple and your downtime genuinely restorative. Your stay includes concierge service, a dedicated culinary team (professional chef plus private bar staff), and gourmet meals with non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day, including après-ski tapas and snacks. Between laps, settle into the fireplace lounge, sauna, games areas, and fitness spaces (weight room and cardio room). High-speed wireless internet is available across the lodge, and private packages include single-room occupancy for added privacy.
On the skiing side, the “set-and-forget” approach continues. You’ll have two private guides, Unlimited Vertical, and snowcat backup with a private snowcat to keep the momentum when weather shifts. Private helicopter transfers connect you to and from Terrace, with your group flying in a Koala A119 KE (up to five guests). All essential safety equipment is included, including Barryvox avalanche transceivers and SnowPulse airbag backpacks, plus powder skis and poles or a powder snowboard (bring your boots). A dedicated massage therapist rounds out the experience so you can recover well and be ready when the next window opens.
